Focus on wellbeing and vitality in my sessions

Physical issues often have a mental cause. That is why, during my online workstation assessments, I also focus on vitality and well-being, if the employee I am speaking to is open to this.

Over the years, I have read and learned a great deal about wellbeing and received many interesting practical tips from the people I speak to. I myself now have more than 20 years of experience with hybrid and home working. I am very happy to share tips.

I find that colleagues are often open with me about problems they experience that affect their work, even if these are personal. The conversations I have are always confidential, and I think it also helps that, as an external party, I am not a direct colleague. As a confidential counsellor, I often talk about difficult topics.

A pleasant working environment is (much) more than just ergonomics. I notice that my tips on vitality and well-being often help the employees I speak to. It gives me a lot of satisfaction to provide help in areas other than ergonomics as well. The feedback I receive (including on Trustpilot) are positive.
