Online external confidential counsellor

My name is Sanne van Poll. Since 2003 I’m the (external) confidential counsellor for various organizations. I work online. Lees hier meer over mij.

Who am I there for?

I am there for organizations that want everyone to feel safe at work.

As a confidential counsellor I help company management and employees with questions, problems or concerns about undesirable behaviour at work.

For example, if employees are intimidated, bullied, discriminated against, sexually harassed or dealing with aggression, violence or transgressive behaviour.

Employees of companies with which I have an agreement can make an appointment with me (confidentially, of course) via this page.

What can I do for your organization?

• Lend a sympathetic ear to, think along and advise colleagues about which steps they can take
• Support and guide colleagues who want to make an official complaint
• Advise your organization on rules and procedures around undesirable behaviour

Confidentiality

Anything a colleague discusses with me remains between me and them. I adhere to the Code of conduct of the Dutch National Association of Confidential Counsellors (LVV).

Costs

Fixed costs: €300 per year.
Hourly fee: €100 per hour

This is the full agreement (Dutch) that clients and I will sign before we start a cooperation.
