My name is Sanne van Poll and I am your organization’s (external) confidential counsellor.

I’m here for you

I am there for you with questions, problems or doubts regarding transgressive behaviour in the workplace.

For example, if you are being assaulted, intimidated, bullied, discriminated against or sexually harassed.

Not sure whether I am the right person to help you? I will gladly refer you to someone who can.

What can I do for you?

• Listen and lend a helping hand.
• Advise you on rules, procedures and agreements within your organization
• Help you think about the steps you can take
• Support you if you want to make an official complaint

Confidentiality

Anything you discuss with me remains between the two of us. I adhere to the code of conduct of the National Association of Confidential Counsellors (only available in Dutch for now)
