Last year was DeskGuru’s 4th full year already. It was another very fun year, in which I learned a lot and took some new steps to broaden my services.
Highlights
- A tour around the office of many clients to help colleagues with their office workspace. Very fun to do, because normally I almost only speak to colleagues online.
- 10 new clients! Arcadis, Art of Dance (ID&T), CLEVR, Intercept, Lloyds Bank, NRC Handelsblad, Nictiz, People Intouch, Public Support, Redkiwi, Sam Media and Vasco Consult Portugal 🙏🏼
- An even slightly higher (4.9) average rating than in previous years from ‘real’ customers on my Trustpilot profile. It is really incredibly motivating to read when I have been able to help someone well!
- Attending a refresher “External counsellor” course. 3 clients already signed a contract for me to be their external counsellor. I hope to deploy this service to more clients in 2025.
- Working part of the year from Greece – it’s great to be able to work remotely!
